Ev999 Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before Use

1. Introduction & Applicability

Ev999 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "ev999") provides an online gaming service for players in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ev999 when you access, register for, or use the ev999 platform.

• Selfie photo (if required)

3. Age Restrictions & Eligibility

Ev999 is for adults only. At the time of registration, you must confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.

5. Withdrawal Policy & Process

Withdrawing your winnings on ev999 is straightforward, but the following rules must be followed.

5.1 General Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made from verified (KYC-completed) accounts.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: BDT 1,00,000
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking account used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.2 Processing Times

• Standard withdrawal: 10–30 minutes
• Large withdrawals (over BDT 50,000): may take up to 24 hours
• Without KYC verification: withdrawals will be on hold until verification is complete

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

6.1 Welcome Bonus

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once — one per person, on a single account.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

• A specific wagering requirement must be met to withdraw bonus funds (typically 20–30x the bonus amount).
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Some games may not contribute fully toward wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be forfeited and the account will be closed.

7. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All game outcomes on ev999 are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is fully impartial and regularly audited by independent third parties.

• Any attempt to manipulate or rig game outcomes will result in permanent account closure.
• Using bots or automated software to play is strictly prohibited.
• If a technical error is detected in any game, the affected round will be voided and all bets refunded.
• Misconduct toward dealers or other players in Live Casino games will result in restricted game access.
• If your internet connection drops, your game state will be saved on the server.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Account Closure & Suspension

Ev999 reserves the right to immediately close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Registration with False Information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Bonus Abuse or Fraudulent Activity
• Misconduct toward other players or staff
• Suspected Money Laundering or Illegal Activity
• If Identified as a Minor

Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Any available balance (provided wagering requirements have been met) can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

11. Changes to Terms & Contact

Ev999 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice will be sent to your registered mobile number or via the platform before any changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
